User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the Telegram bot @ultasimbot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), hosted on the Telegram messenger platform, between the Bot Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot and its functionality under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. By using the Bot, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.
2. Description of the Bot and Its Functionality
2.1. The Bot @ultasimbot is designed to provide mobile operator services (eSIM) for international travel to service customers.
2.2. The list of features and capabilities of the Bot may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.
3. Rules of Use
3.1. The User agrees to use the Bot exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose and within the framework of applicable law.
3.2. The User may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to information contained in the Bot.
- Use the Bot to distribute malware, spam, or other illegal content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Bot, modify its code or functionality.
- Violate the rights of third parties while using the Bot.
3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
4. Liability
4.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Bot, including possible errors in the Bot's operation, service interruptions, data loss, etc.
4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions while using the Bot, as well as for the consequences of such actions.
4.3. The Administration shall not be liable for the content of information posted by the User in the Bot.
5. Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data obtained during the use of the Bot.
5.2. Detailed information about personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
6. Term and Amendment of the Agreement
6.1. This Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its acceptance by the User and remains in force indefinitely.
6.2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Information about changes will be posted in the Bot. The User shall be deemed to have accepted the changes if they continue to use the Bot after the changes have been made.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes arising between the Administration and the User in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
8. Other Provisions
8.1. In all other matters not covered by this Agreement, the parties shall be governed by applicable law.
8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
