🛡️ How to avoid roaming charges

Your Ulta eSIM handles data. But your primary SIM can still rack up roaming fees if it's using data in the background. Here's how to prevent that:

🍎 iPhone

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular
  2. Tap Cellular Data and select your Ulta eSIM
  3. Turn OFF "Allow Cellular Data Switching"
  4. Tap on your primary SIM and turn OFF "Data Roaming"

🤖 Android

  1. Go to Settings → SIM Manager (or Network & Internet → SIMs)
  2. Set Mobile data to your Ulta eSIM
  3. Turn OFF "Data Switching" (or "Auto data switching")
  4. Select your primary SIM and disable Roaming

Don't worry about roaming SMS alerts — they're usually just informational notices about local rates, not actual charges. As long as data roaming is off on your primary SIM, you're safe.
